Your work will include, but not be limited to:
Delegate and manage work of staff, facilitating staff development
As a means to build the business, is responsible for building, managing and leveraging a referral network that produces additional fees sold
Understands practice development is a team effort
Testifies in court on the behalf of clients
Preparation of deliverables
8-15 years investigative/litigation consulting experience required
Bachelors’ Degree required
Experience managing staff and facilitating staff development required
Experience in business development and lead generation required
Considerable knowledge planning and constructing budget and work plans for litigation response and support; and experience drafting proposals and engagement letters with accompanying administrative requirements
Frequent travel throughout the region, with approximately 30% overnight travel.
