The Book Keeper is a skilled, adaptable, and organized individual that supports the Controller in fulfilling the Departments and Organizations Goals.
The Book Keeper performs a range of administrative functions in the form of Filing, A/R, and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities include data entry, draft documents, and interaction with Vendors, Customers and Brokers:
-Filing Customer invoices -Reconciling Cash -Setup new Customers -Posting Cash to A/R
-Verbal and written interaction with Customers -Update customer files of various data -Resolving pricing discrepancies on Customer invoices -Collecting outstanding invoices
-Must be a team player with positive attitude -Ability to multi task in dynamic environment -Aptitude in PC and AS/400 skills -Uses effective and articulate professionalism in written documents and oral communication. -Preferable Food Distribution Experience
