The Senior Manager of Financial Reporting is responsible for the following:
Issuing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial information to investors and debt holders
Assisting in monthly board and management presentations, including earnings calls and responding to investor requests
Accounting for complex transactions, including debt issuances and acquisitions
Creating and maintaining key accounting policies for Corporate and the operating entities
Evaluating the design and effectiveness of the company’s key financial controls
Participating in due diligence and overseeing the finance integration for acquisitions
Managing elements of the monthly close reporting process, including certain complex accounting areas
Interacting with the company’s external auditors
At least 5 years of experience in audit and accounting roles
National accounting firm experience
Experience with accounting for complex transactions including debt and acquisitions
