Summary of position: Responsible for Managing Accounts Payable North America Operations, timely and accurate accounting for center/headquarter accounting and administrative accounting functions: Managing bank relationships, wire transfers, maintaining financial related work sheets, filing state registrations, managing record keeping, and various related projects and duties. Essential job responsibilities & Duties: Preparation of foreign Centers and Headquarters accounting in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Recording of monthly accounting transactions. Review and adjustment of general ledger coding of Center expenses and revenues in accordance with IES policy, and budget.
