GAAP, taxes, budgets, payroll, and select databases. Ensure payments are made on time, analyze costs and profits, set and track KPI's and ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations. Recent work experience as senior accountant, or assistant controller or similar role. Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, procedures and current legislation. Hands-on experience with general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions. Experience with cash management, foreign exchange and payroll/HR. Federal, state and import tax experience helpful. Microsoft Office, Excel, Access and SQL or Python or C# or other relational database experience required. BSc or MSc in Accounting or Finance with a CPA or CMA preferred.
