Serve as senior finance officer• Assure timely and accurate financial statements are provided to management, the Board of Directors, and outside stakeholders.• Oversee financing strategies and activities, as well as banking relationships.• Establish a solid investment portfolio.• Assure the integrity of all administrative functions including accounting, treasury, credit/collections, audit, risk management, planning and analysis, and budgeting.• Represent the organization to outside stakeholders including financial institutions, investors, foundation executives, auditors, public officials, etc.• Provide oversight of financial audits and work closely with the Finance Committee of the Board.
