The position is primarily responsible for assisting in the preparation of the financial statements, notes and Management Discussion and Analysis reported in the Form 10-Q and Form 10-K and works closely with external auditors to assist them in their review/audit of these financial statements. The position is also responsible for performing technical accounting research, ad hoc accounting analyses for senior management, and assisting in the preparation of the monthly consolidated financial statements.  Core Job Responsibilities: Assist with the preparation of the annual Form 10-K and quarterly Form 10-Q reports filed with the SEC Review the XBRL files associated with the financial statements Assist in the preparation
