In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Responsibilities Manage the department's risk related process improvements and quality programs by participating in research/advisory services, including capturing of organizational metrics and analysis. Perform data analysis or polices/standards/procedures review to ensure compliance to bank security
