Financial Analyst, Global Real Estate Asia Pacific - Associate
The role will report to the Global Real Estate APAC Planning Reporting & Analysis Lead. Responsibilities include financial reporting, planning, forecasting and analysis supporting J.P. Morgan's corporate office portfolio and real estate in the Asia Pacific Region. Job responsibilities: Handles monthly reporting, rolling forecast, budgeting cycles and all related analysis on J.P Morgan's self-occupied real estate operating expenses Maintain and track capital expenditure required for office strategies e.g. relocation, consolidation, renovation and aligning P&L to forecast / budget Partner with Global Real Estate functional / country heads to track and identify expense reduction opportunities Preparation and
