Senior Accounatnt
Dynamic real estate developer looking for a senior accountant to manage tax workpaper preparation and manage the audits of two stabilized operating assets. The candidate will also review third-party prepared monthly operating statements for assets in our stabilized portfolio of apartment communities and comment on any anomalies. Will also issue financial reports, manage all state filings (e.g. annual reports) for all legal entities and prepare bank reconciliations for a few overhead entities.
