Who we are looking for This position will be a member of the Financing Solutions Compliance team. This team, located in Boston, supports the Securities Finance and Funding and Collateral Transformation businesses globally by interacting with business and Compliance colleagues in multiple locations such as Toronto, London and Hong Kong. This position is perfect for an individual who is looking to develop their career within the Compliance function on a global scale and gain exposure to a broad range of business operations.
This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office (offices are based in Krakow and Gdansk) to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for As Compliance Officer, Assistant Vice President, you will
Support the FaCT and Securities Finance businesses in Global Markets
Perform daily compliance advisory activities necessary to mitigate risks including review of end of day positions and escalate when thresholds are breached
Prepare monthly reporting to the Securities Finance Trade Oversight Committee
Coordinate, compile, draft and distribute monthly, quarterly and annual attestation letters to respective Securities Finance clients
Assist in assessing the impact of regulations on existing and new business expansion
Maintenance of team procedures
