What will you be doing?
Barclays Services Corp. seeks Business Analyst / Project Manager, AVP in New York, NY (multiple positions available):
??? Perform and coordinate requirements analysis, design, testing, deployment, support phases of system development lifecycle (SDLC) and develop relevant documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer and change management ??? Interview stakeholders to gather and document project requirements, survey and document current business processes, and recommend business process improvements, conduct requirements gathering, impact analysis, ensuring stakeholders' alignment and testing for adherence to risk based controls ??? Act as a liaison between Banking's business users and its staff in Banking Technology while representing and/or supporting BI BPT on infrastructure- wide initiatives - ensuring consistency and transparency provided ??? Analyze data to identify meaningful business trends and facilitate integration among various systems and provide support to the Global Business Management team ??? Develop and drive to project plans for multiple initiatives - both process and technology-related - in parallel ??? Ensure that information relevant to the team is communicated promptly, thoroughly and via the most appropriate channel ??? Perform evaluation and use analytical skills allowing to troubleshoot and resolve complex business issues relating to the infrastructure, technology and operations of Banking and to assist on longer term business development projects where required ??? Evaluate third party solutions by multiple vendors for adoption based on business and technical requirements ??? Implement project specific deliverables, coordinate development of solutions establishing product scope and business requirements, pilot groups and focus group discussions and user acceptance testing ??? What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Management Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science or a related field and three (3) years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.

You will be working at our New York, New York location at 745 Seventh Avenue. This 37-story office tower is located in Times Square in the heart of Manhattan and features a cafeteria, fitness center and state-of-the-art LED signage on the fa??ade of the building.
