Overview
Group Treasury is responsible for managing the financial resources of the Firm through capital management, liquidity management, asset and liability management, funding, and other core treasury activities. We are looking for a dynamic Business Manager and junior Chief Operating Office (COO) to join our team, which resides in Group COO. You will be supporting the Americas Treasury team in both New York and Jacksonville, Florida and will work on a variety of initiatives and deliverables.

What You'll Do
Work directly with the Americas Treasury COO to support the Americas Treasury Function
Oversight, management and driving key run the Bank controls as well as change the Bank control enhancements
Work across the Treasury teams and functions, to gain a good understanding of Treasury and identification and remediation of key risks, including non-financial risks
Help drive the Americas Treasury Risk and Control Assessment (RCA)
Operate in a collaborative nature, and propose creative and effective solutions to business challenges. Ensure deliverables are completed in accordance with all relevant firm wide controls and governance standards, and ensure quality in written regulatory documentation including preparation of slides and review of presentations
Skills You'll Need
Moderate relevant experience in banking industry
Bachelors degree, preferably banking related
Skills That Will Help You Excel
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Understanding and experience of business controls and processes, including risk and control assessments
Ability to understand business drivers and working knowledge of financial products and services. Understanding of the Banking industry and market drivers
Proactive and forward-thinking individual with ability to pick up concepts, learn quickly and run with things
Ability to execute against tight deadlines and remain agile in evolving requirements
Expectations
It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $85,000 to $140,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
