Die ausgeschriebene Stelle ist im zentralen AFC Risk Type Controller & Risk Assessment Team angesiedelt. Das Team ist f??r die Aufgaben des AFC Risk Type Controllers, welches sowohl Bereiche des AFC Risk Assessment sowie das gesamte ??bergeordnete Risk Management f??r die AFC Funktion umfasst. Das Most Sensitive Client Framework ist ein Bestandteil des ??bergeordneten Risk Managements und wird derzeit auf weitere Kundengruppen ausgeweitet. Der Stelleninhaber / die Stelleninhaberin ist verantwortlich f??r das t??gliche Management des Frameworks, dessen Weiterentwicklung und evt. Erweiterung auf weitere Kundegruppen. Er / Sie ist hierzu mit anderen AFC Teams und Business Bereichen in Kontakt.
Aufgabenbeschreibung
Beratungst??tigkeit zu sensiblen Kundenbeziehungen in Zusammenarbeit mit BLAFC, Sanctions & Embargoes, Busi-ness Intelligence Unit und Bewertung auf Basis des bestehenden Rahmenwerks
Aktive Weiterentwicklung des Rahmenwerks und der relevanten Prozesse und Erstellung von Vorschl??gen basierend auf ??nderungen des Risikoprofils oder Senior Management Beschl??ssen
Aktive Verantwortung bei der Implementierung des Rahmenwerks ??ber verschiedene DB Business Bereiche hinweg, Vertretung von AFC Interessen
Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Updates f??r das Senior Managements und Briefings
Teamleitung eines kleinen Teams (aktuell 2 FTE)
F??higkeiten & Erfahrungen
Abschluss eines wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen / juristischen Studiums (Bachelor / Master) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Gute Kenntnisse der gesetzlichen und regulatorischen Anforderungen zur Bek??mpfung der Geldw??sche und Finanzkriminalit??t, zus??tzlich mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung Bereich der AFC-Funktion oder vergleichbare Funktion
Gute Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrungen bzgl. des DB Produktportfolios sowie der Entwicklung von Financial Crime Standards und Rahmenwerken
Sehr gute analytische F??higkeiten
Hohe Eigeninitiative, F??higkeit unabh??ngig zu arbeiten und hohe Lernbereitschaft
Flie??ende englische und deutsche Sprachkenntnisse (m??ndlich und schriftlich)
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office Produkten (vorzugsweise Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
The role is currently embedded into the central German AFC Risk Type Controller team, which covers all types of AFC Risk Type Controller activities, including AFC Risk Assessment, as well as overall risk management for the AFC function. The team also currently covers EMEA risk management, including the Most Sensitive Client Framework, which is in the process of being operationalized across DB. The role holder will be responsible for day-to-day management of the Framework, operating in conjunction with other AFC teams and Business representatives.
Key responsibilities
Support day-to-day advisory on most sensitive client relationships in conjunction with other AFC teams such as Business Line AFC, Sanctions & Embargoes, Business Intelligence Unit
Contribute to the implementation of the framework across various DB Business Divisions as well as AFC
Actively support maintenance of the Most Sensitive Client Framework and its risk-based approach
Contribute to and support potential enhancements, changes and further development (expansion is likely)
Support the production of adequate senior management updates, briefings
Skills and experience
Degree: minimum bachelor's degree in business administration or comparable qualifications
Good knowledge of the legal / regulatory framework for fighting money laundering and financial crime including minimum 3 years practical experience in an Anti-Financial Crime function or similar
Good knowledge and practical experiences of DB CB/IB product range and designing and maintaining financial crime standards / framework
Very good analytical skills
Self-starter - ability to work independently and to learn quickly
Fluent in English and German language (oral and written)
High proficiency in MS Office (mainly Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
