We are looking for a results driven Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. Our LFP Accountant will be responsible for auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with accounting and be able to provide accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity and cash flows our business, while ensuring compliant tax rules and regulations. This role reports directly to the CITO.

Responsibilities
Manage all banking transactions, including but not limited to AR/AP/Compensation/Payroll
Process company expense reports
Reconcile Bank Accounts
Assist with yearend to prepare 1099's and entity tax return
Audit financial transactions and documents
File audits and documents with state authorities
Comply with financial policies and regulations
Help company divisions prepare yearly budgets
Assist CITO with additional financial duties as needed
Required Skills/Abilities
Work experience as an Accountant
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
Hands-on experience with accounting software like QuickBooks Online, Concur
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and excellent time management
Advanced MS Excel skills including lookups and pivot tables
Experience with general ledger functions
Education Requirements
5 years accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, related field from an accredited college of university
CPA preferred

Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary for this role is $50,000 - $100,000 / year. Base salaries are determined in part based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
