Commercial Banking Tribe

You'll be joining the Commercial Bank Tribe, who is focusing on the special needs of the small and medium enterprise clients in Germany, a designated area for further growth and investment within Corporate Bank.

We are responsible for the digital transformation of ~800.000 clients in 3 brands, i.e. the establishment of the BizBanking platform including development of digital sales and service processes as well as the automation of processes for this client segment.

Our tribe is on a journey of an extensive digitalisation of business processes and to migrate our applications to the cloud. On that we are working jointly together with our business colleagues in an agile setup and collaborating closely with stakeholders and engineers from other areas thriving to achieve a highly automated and adoptable process and application landscape.

As a Lead Business Functional Analyst (f/m/x) you will work in one of our squads, transform business ideas in tangible user stories, guide through their implementation, and validate them to provide our clients with digital products.

Your key responsibilities

• You will challenge as-is processes, foster out-of-the-box thinking and propose / outline sustainable solution options.
• You will communicate with business and technology stakeholders, identify and assess requirements and critical dependencies.
• You will shape together with the business and architects the solution and evaluate the business value driving towards digitalization and levering emerging technologies.
• You will analyze, prioritize and document identified requirements, work together closely with the implementing Squad(s) to refine them and support during implementation in testing.
• You will work in an agile setup, helping with feedback to improve our way of working.

Your skills and experiences

• University degree with scientific, technologic, or business focus or equivalent working experience.
• In-depth knowledge of banking products and processes, several years of experience in the analysis of business processes and requirements.
• Distinctive analytical and communication skills and experience in working in an agile setup plus a very good economical and technical understanding.
• You have a track record in contributing to complex projects spanning across different applications and business areas.
• You are great collaborator and team player with ability to interface with multiple teams and functions and have good communication skills and can communicate fluently in English.
