Key accountabilities: Support the syndication of leveraged and infrastructure and project finance transactions for sponsor-owned and corporate clients private equity owned and sub-investment grade corporate clients Support the underwriting decision with respect to bridged transactions Prepare underwriting committee memos Assist in the pricing and structuring of transactions Prepare syndication and market related materials for pitches with our partners?? Support the syndication and sell down process in alignment with internal partners (LF, I&PF and Sales) Research and analyse market data to support client interaction and underwriting decisions Establish and support senior team members??? relation
