Join us as a trusted Senior Business Risk Manager and Adviser to Global Financial Intermediary (FIM) Head APAC and his Front Office Management and CFEs. You will act as Subject Matter Expert in APAC on the global FIM Risk Management Framework and ensure that relevant processes and controls are in compliance with the local risk management standards. You will lead various FIM specific risk initiatives in APAC as well as support the integration of the Credit Suisse FIM business into UBS. As such you will perform gap analyses on framework standards and ensure the timely implementation of measures defined, stakeholder communication and Front Office training. As Business Risk Manager you participate in or support various risk governance forums. In addition, you drive other risk related tasks such as investigate and follow up on risk issues, perform deep dives, incident reviews and represent the FIM APAC business in audits and reviews.

You Offer

You'll be a good match, if you have:

• University degree or equivalent education in economics, law or banking
• Fast learner with a minimum of 5 years of proven hands-on banking experience, preferably in the areas of Business Risk Management, Internal Audit or Compliance
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and to excel under pressure
• Attention to details and ability to lead an initiative or risk review through from start to finish
• Ability to engage, collaborate with and influence a broad stakeholder group that include business leaders, Compliance and Legal
• Effective written and oral communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Good organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks
• Front-to-Back private banking process knowledge will be highly advantageous
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
