The RPM Department Finance & Planning Officer will be given opportunities to: Be involved in developing strategic initiatives and supporting the budgeting process for the department Coordinate department plans and budgets, and track operating expenses against approved budget Monitor and track department-wide initiatives against milestones and planned timelines Collaborate across departments, divisions and subsidiaries Be the initial RPM liaison officer for all Group Risk Divisional matters involving RPM Facilitate inter-divisional/departmental and other stakeholder requests Assist the Department Head in the smooth running of the department
