Overview
At the heart of Deutsche Bank is the Corporate Bank (CB), a market leader in cash management, trade finance, lending, trust and agency services and securities services, as well as risk management for foreign exchange and interest rates. The Corporate Coverage teams manage the CB's key client relationships across the full suite of Corporate and Investment Bank products. Within the Corporate Coverage teams, Risk Management Solutions desks are responsible for structuring and marketing interest rate and foreign exchange derivative hedges to corporate and sponsor clients.
You will join a dedicated group of professionals focusing on supporting the Corporate Coverage franchise in the Americas and will be centrally involved on several business management tasks, including running key projects across the Business with direct ownership and senior management exposure, monitoring business performance, and supporting governance process/control related tasks. Sitting at the nexus of Corporate Clients and Investment Banking products supporting the RMS desk will provide unique experience across multiple products and clients with the opportunity to own projects as we look to drive the Business forward.

What You'll Do
Work closely with the Americas desk heads and broader CB and IB COO team on various key projects related to supporting the Americas RMS business. This may include projects related to growth strategy, client strategy, operational efficiency, business restructuring, technology implementations, control deficiency remediation, and supporting internal and external audits
Interact closely with the Global Relationship Managers of our key US HQ clients and ensure that we are taking every opportunity to market the full suite of Deutsche Bank products to this important portfolio
Track and analyze business performance relative to financial plan and business scorecards; preparation of materials for monthly business reviews, and ad-hoc meetings
Support central management of Risk Management Solutions and Corporate Coverage by maintaining metrics such as key trades, headcount, and their related reporting
Provide ongoing and ad-hoc analysis to senior management including sales pipeline, client onboarding, and revenue planning
Collaborate with broader corporate functions across Deutsche Bank, including Compliance, Finance, Legal, Human Resources, and Operations to drive business effectiveness and process improvements
Skills You'll Need
Strong organization and project management skills to be able to manage a project with diligent follow-up
Highly motivated and creative problem-solving abilities; excellent communication skills - written and verbal
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with senior management, business partners, and control functions as well as external service providers
Strong analytical skills; knowledge of MS Office
Skills That Will Help You Excel
A good understanding of Fixed Income & Currencies products and associated processes and regulation will further facilitate your transition into the role
Expectations
It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York City office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $80K to $130K. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
