The Business Systems Analyst II will be part of the WTPS (Wealth, Trading and Product Solutions) team, providing project and production tool/process support to the Advisory Trading team. This individual will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise, identifying business requirements, creating project and process specifications, testing for new and/or enhanced systems, and assisting with production implementations, while supporting projects under the direction of the leader or project manager. In addition, the role will provide day-to-day support for the production processing team by assisting with trade event support, workflow development and process improvements, risk mitigation/controls and audits, and issue triage and resolution.
