Rates & Credit Trading
The Rates & Credit Suite of Applications is used daily by Fixed Income Traders and Middle Office Globally. These systems provide for all needs of Traders: providing liquidity to 10+ world's biggest multi-dealer platforms, receive and handle clients' trading requests to execute trades, capture and service the trades through their sometimes 50year life cycle. Product range is wide - starting from Bonds, extending to REPO, IRS and ending with Exotic Portfolios. To run these applications daily we employ wide hardware estate which requires constant monitoring, auditing, maintenance, and modernization.
As a Business Functional Analyst (f/m/x) you will cover the whole analysis phase of a project and design optimal target state business processes, including aspects outside own area of responsibility to ensure target processes are designed and aligned front to back.

Your key responsibilities
Deeply understand the business domain and organizational structure of the business
Collaborate with business stakeholders and application teams to develop target state of bond trades processing workflows including automated STP across various Bank functions and end-user operational procedures
Develop and socialize the data model describing key business entities, events with these entities, user operations and IT systems handling events and operations.
Draft and agree with stakeholders business requirements. Draft and agree with development teams functional requirements addressing business requirements.
Maintain the relationship with post-trade stack stakeholders: trading front-office, operations and application teams developing solutions on top of pos-trade APIs
Perform developed solutions adoption across business domain by end-users training, coordinating reported IT and operational issues resolution and transformation KPI measurement
Your skills and experiences
Strong experience in requirements definition, management and change process in big fintech projects of enterprise software development and integration
Capability to read application source code and perform reverse engineering is a big plus
