We are seeking a Tax Manager - Compliance in GMS
KPMG's Global Mobility & People Services (GMPS) practice brings together a great variety of tax, technology, payroll, immigration, and mobile administration services to support companies in improving their business processes and allow their sustainable growth. The team is currently looking for new colleagues to join them as from now.

What you will be working on
Enjoys being exposed to global clients and international colleagues
Searches to collaborate with an established leadership who will guide the development of his / her skills and knowledge
Enjoys working in a team and sharing knowledge
Will be leading a portfolio of key cross industry worldwide players
Is the first point of contact for our clients
Will (prepare where necessary and) review multiple individual tax returns, payroll taxes and social security reporting
Will (under the tutoring of Leadership) help in the supervision, monitoring, and set-up of daily task allocations within the compliance and mobility team
Will train, coach, and provide technical support to his / her team members
What we look for
Has an experience of minimum 5 years in a similar function
Is organized and confident in his / her ability to deliver the expected level of service to our clients, within the expected deadlines
Is autonomous and able to be the first point of contact to our clients
Has learning agility and analytical mindset
Is open minded in his / her work approach and displays a positive and enthusiastic attitude
Is capable to think out of the box and has an innovative mindset
Is able to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
Has experience in payroll computation and processing
Is driven and client focused
Acts as a team player
Is proficient in either French, English or German (Luxembourgish is considered as an advantage)
