The Business Manager will:
-own the technology group's strategic roadmap
-collaborate closely with key business and technology stakeholders across the firm to help plan and execute critical projects
-at various times, and as needed, act as business analyst-data analyst-financial analyst-product owner-project/program manager-solution designer 
-gather requirements, write specs, assist in solution design
-manage budgets, financial analysis and reporting
-manage relationships with external partners/vendors 

The successful candidate will bring:
-5-10 years' functional experience in business analytics, product management and/or technical program management;
-Sector experience in big tech, fintech, financial services and/or strategy consulting; 
-Specific experience delivering complex projects within technology infrastructure is a significant plus;
-Cloud experience also a huge plus; 
-Extensive experience working closely with software engineers;
-Advanced data analytics skills and structured problem-solving ability;    
-Minimum of a Bachelorâ??s degree in a technical discipline (ie: computer science, engineering, information systems, math, operations research, statistics or similar), Masters preferred;
-Hands-on ability with Jira, Python, SQL, Tableau; 
-Possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills; able to deliver presentations to senior stakeholders.
