As a Business Analyst specializing in risk and broking, you'll play a pivotal role in driving transformative initiatives within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the analysis, planning, and implementation of new technology systems aimed at enhancing our insurance broking placement process.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the analysis, planning, and delivery of transformative technology systems to enhance the insurance broking placement process.
Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to identify and mitigate risks, while offering solutions to optimize processes.
Utilize structured problem-solving techniques and analytical mindset to address challenges effectively.
Develop communication and change management strategies for various stakeholders.
Engage with stakeholders and leadership to overcome obstacles and ensure project success.
Provide clear and concise status reports and progress updates throughout the project lifecycle.
Establish and maintain effective project meeting cadence.
Create necessary documentation, including process flow charts, to support change management efforts.
Manage project program efforts to successful completion, leveraging resources efficiently.
Job Requirements:
Demonstrated 4years + of experience in business analysis and risk management, preferably within the insurance industry.
Proven track record of successfully delivering technology implementation projects.
Strong change management experience, with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and team skills, with the aptitude to collaborate across teams and lines of business.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure, managing stressful situations with calm and confidence.
Highly organized and capable of multitasking in an environment of continuous improvement.
