What you'll do: Facilitate the business account opening application process for customers, via interactive digital onboarding platforms. Liaise with customers for account opening pre-assessment requirements. Perform KYC patch work for customers who have dropped off from Online Business Account Opening platform. Conduct customer due diligence and KYC to understand business legitimacy and ensure compliance of mandatory banking policies and procedures. Ability to identify any potential risks or inconsistencies in the account opening process. Provide exceptional customer service while guiding customers through the account opening process. Maintain a high standard of client confidentiality and ensure com
