Audit Manager â?? Corporate Finance / Capital Markets
You will work across front office capital markets (non-sales/trading) and oversee audit work across equity and debt capital markets, syndicated lending, leveraged finance, M&A, corporate finance, and related business areas, and must be willing to undertake hands-on execution work where required. You should apply for this role if you are/have: 8+ years audit and finance experience within major investment banks Strong understanding of capital markets businesses (not sales and trading) Equity capital markets, debt capital markets, M&A/advisory, corporate finance experience (or similar) Experience as a Senior Audit Manager including quality assuring audit work Ability to undertake hands-on audit execution work Degree educated
