Responsibilities:

1. Financial Strategy and Planning:
  - Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  - Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  - Provide strategic financial advice to senior management and stakeholders.

  - Oversee the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and analysis of financial performance.

  - Develop and implement effective risk management policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
Â
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A master's degree or professional qualification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant finance experience, with a focus on real estate investment trusts (REITs) and experience working with developers.
- Strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Previous experience in a Big 4 accounting firm is highly preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
