Description

• Cross-border M&A advisory with a focus on ASEAN transactions
• Debt & equity financing of companies, including identification of providers of capital
• Support ASEAN-based companies in business expansion including identification of business partners
• Assist companies in financing using financial instruments such as securitization
• Assist companies to list on the stock exchange
• Assist investors to identify and purchase real estate
• Origination of business transactions

Profile

• Strong ability to originate business opportunities
• Basic knowledge of financial valuation including creating and analyzing financial valuation models
• Basic knowledge of financial accounting
• Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment.
• Willingness to face challenges in developing business.
• Ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of professional experience in banking, consulting, accounting, or other relevant fields.
