The Institutional Credit Management (ICM) team is a critical component of Citi's First Line of Defense for wholesale lending and counterparty credit risk. It partners with businesses Citi-wide to ensure we have best-in-class risk and control capabilities. ICM also plays an important role in Citi's Transformation efforts by helping to drive a Citi-wide focus on wholesale credit risk management. Through ongoing investment in processes, controls, systems, and governance, ICM continues to further embed consistency and best practices across Citi, driving closer alignment between our business and regulatory goals.
