Established in 2013 our client has lent over £2bn of real estate debt across England and Wales and the fund is now owned by a Global Investment Manager with $13bn AUM.  Following an increase in lending appetite and ambition to grow the loan book a new opportunity has arisen to hire a Lending Director into their Investment Finance team.  The team will look at all asset classes and loans up to £150m, across England and Wales.
