Our client is a leading international insurance provider, looking for a high-caliber candidate to support a team and maintain finance operation processes.
Responsibilities:
Review the balance sheet accounts reconciliations
Manage the daily financial operation i.e. AP, AR, payments
Promptly address any exceptions found in the reconciliations
Identify any internal control weaknesses based on the reconciliation analysis
Work with stakeholders to address reconciliation exceptions or variances
Participate in projects, such as automating transaction matching, and provide input for process and system enhancements
Assist in ad hoc projects and tasks when required
Job Requirements:
Degree in Finance/Accounting or Business preferred
Professional qualified accountant and member of HKICPA or equivalent
Minimum 5 years accounting experience in the insurance industry, preferably life insurance accounting experience
Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Familiar with the operation of accounting system/software
Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
