A Top Tier Investment Bank are looking for a CFTC Business Analyst who will be responsible for understanding and analyzing the implications of CFTC regulations on the banks business operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the bank complies with CFTC requirements while maintaining operational efficiency. This is a critical role in helping us navigate the complexities of CFTC reporting and transaction transparency.

To Be Considered you must:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the financial industry, with a strong focus on regulatory reporting.
Deep knowledge of CFTC regulations and reporting requirements.
Knowledge of other regulatory reporting regimes (e.g., MiFID II, EMIR) is a plus.
Quickly builds a high level of technical and functional expertise
Performs complex analyses
Previous operations, financial services and non-financial regulatory reporting experience is critical
Can perform in-depth root cause analyses
Identifies and documents technical and functional requirements
Leads project and planned executions
Can create test plans and perform test execution
