Responsibilities: Develop the long-term & short-term strategies for personal banking sector, establish the strategies for different departments by refining and executing the requests from Head Office Coordinate and maintain the agile collaboration and cooperation with segments, product and channel divisions based on the overall strategies and targets of personal banking sector by playing a bridge and connection role Gather and summarize the various banking related information including the market status, industry and peers information, and assist in conducting in-depth market study and report to management Draft the personal banking themes reports, work plans and summaries, monitor the KPI and strategies execution and business performances
