Your Role & Responsibilities

As part of our team, you will:

• Manage and grow a book of high-net-worth clients provided by the firm
• Lead comprehensive financial planning engagements
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned clients and prospects
• Partner closely with operations and support staff to deliver a seamless client experience
• Identify additional planning opportunities within existing client relationships
• Participate in some business development, though the role is primarily inbound/seeded
• Uphold the firm’s high standards for execution, accuracy, and responsiveness

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of industry experience as a Financial Advisor
• CFP® Designation (required)
• Strong experience working with HNW clients
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to manage complexity while delivering a white-glove client experience
• Cultural alignment: collaborative, accountable, client-first mindset
