Business Development Specialist
Provide candidate advisor leads to the Divisional Business Development team. Support Experienced Advisor Recruiting efforts supporting the franchise or independent platform in a geographic area. Generate advisor recruiting leads through cold calling and other initial sources. Responsibilities Source and present experienced advisor talent for opportunities in an assigned area. Maintain accurate and timely candidate records in recruiting contact management system and report accurately on results.
