The team provides Financing Solutions to a broad range of clients including Banks, Corporates, Family offices and Hedge/PE funds with a broad product spectrum including Bonds, Loans as well as Mezz and M&A/LBO financing. They are seeking a Director to work closely with the Head of the Team to act as both Desk Analyst, Originator and Structurer.?? The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing transactions and leading in detailed Credit analysis for these deals then taking trades through structuring and execution phases supported but a small but highly motivated junior team.
