Tapping on our core markets and equipped with a wide range of products and services, we ensure that customers' requirements are met with the 'one group' view for the China-ASEAN corridor. Roles and Responsibilities:
Entails using data to acquire new-to-bank Chinese corporates in Singapore and the region
Understands the needs of such inbound customers in different industry verticals, customising solutions to build a compelling proposition
Other than cross-sell OCBC Bank's products and services like Cash management, treasury, corporate wealth, the role provides the opportunity to cover the regional markets
Credit underwriting for working capital and investment purposes
Provides corporate advisory services to these companies including Investment Banking products & services, and regional referral to OCBC Bank Group's Branches/Subsidaries in the region
End-to-end servicing and maintenance of customers relationship, including overseas visit to enhance our KYC capabilities
Develops, prepares, and leads initiatives to contribute to the customer acquisition drive
Qualifications
A recognized University degree acceptable to the Bank
High agility in exploring new opportunities and ability to think creatively
Has strong affiliation with data analytics and a curious mind
Willingness to work in an unstructured environment with space to explore and create new streams of income
High cultural awareness and sensitivity
Organised and meticulous in handling documentation
Good command in spoken and written Mandarin, other than English and this is due to the nature of the portfolio
