You will be responsible for providing business management coverage to the market in the areas business management, project management, strategy and execution, growth and change initiatives as well as day-to-day administration of the business.
Job Description:
â?¢ Ensure Front Office adheres to policies & procedures and share best practices.
â?¢ Drive improvements for existing policies & procedures by, but not limited to:
1) Represent FO in Sales and Advisory related policies and procedures working groups, where applicable, by providing constructive feedbacks to improve the current sales / operational processes and enforcing these guidelines, policies & procedures to FO
2) Ensure compliance to regulatory and the Bank's risk management framework.
3) Representing Business for Group Audit/Compliance Testing/Thematic Reviews (non-FCC) through, but not limited to:
- Review FO responses to ensure accuracy and timeliness met.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to close out audit points within timeline.
- Share post-audit observations with FO.
4) Understand markets' risk performance, highlight potential impact/concerns to Hub Head/MH/TH and/or facilitate issue resolution as required.
5) Collaborate globally across the bank, stakeholders and functions to include tracking of issues and /actions and escalate to management as when appropriate, so as to achieve optimal outcome for the business, and attain a collaborative culture across the bank.
6) Facilitate FO in trouble shooting to ensure day to day operations efficiency and achieve client excellence.
Qualifications
â?¢ A university degree with at least 5 years' experience in business management
â?¢ Solid demonstrable experience in working directly with Senior Management in a business management capacity within the Front Office
â?¢ Driven self-starter who is delivery focused and possess strong communication, influencing and presentation skills.
â?¢ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to various demands in a diverse culture.
â?¢ Ability to organize people and processes, and ability to lead groups toward a single goal.
