The Manager, Global Account Management (GAM) is the primary technology and market data relationship manager for CME Group's customers.
In this role the Manager collaborates with internal cross-functional teams and client contacts on the business, technology, operations and market data side to:
??? Maintain and grow CME Group revenue through successfully integration of client or third-party vendor technology with the CME Group technologies used to facilitate trading, data distribution and/or clearing on its platforms.
??? Lead customers and vendors through dynamic technology initiatives, persuade them to meet firm timelines in order to deliver market efficiencies, cost savings, revenue growth or risk reduction.
??? Develop and leverage financial market technology focused knowledge and relationships in assigned regions in EMEA.
Principal Accountabilities:
??? Advocate internally on behalf of clients to enhance CME Group's platform solutions.
??? Ensure client readiness for changes in CME Group technologies through regular engagement of business, technical and operational contacts on the client side.
??? Lead and manage the technology and market data relationships with key clients, vendors and intermediary partners, including regular 1:1 meetings and travel as required.
??? Provide market access education for customers and proactively communicate regarding platform capabilities, tools and services.
??? Partner with sales to meet client needs across a variety of business and technology topics.
??? Leverage internal business partners, tools and processes to facilitate client onboarding to the platform(s).
Skills & Software Requirements:
??? 3+ years experience in a customer facing role of a financial services entity (exchange, bank, broker, trading venue or technology vendor).
??? Ability to prioritize, manage, and execute responsibilities to meet or exceed individual and shared team objectives.
??? Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
??? Demonstrated ability to establish, maintain and grow business relationships.
??? Understanding of Futures and Options, OTC Cleared Financial products and related market structure.
??? Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent), advanced degree a plus.
??? Salesforce, Service Cloud or similar CRM and case management tools. ??? Cloud computing platform onboarding experience a plus.
