Public accounting firm in Skokie is seeking a full-time tax preparer. Position can be permanent or seasonal.
Ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years public accounting experience with emphasis on preparation of individual, corporate and partnership income tax returns.
Other duties include preparation of sales and payroll tax returns, year-end closings including journal entries, communication with clients, correspondence with taxing agencies and other dues as assigned.
Minimum 2 years public accounting experience
QuickBooks experience required
LaCerte experience preferred
Good written and oral communication skills
Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize tasks
