The CFO is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the school’s financial management, business office operations, human resources, and legal and compliance functions. This position ensures the school’s financial health, integrity, and long-term sustainability. The CFO works closely with the Head of School, sits on the leadership team, and serves as a liaison to the Board of Trustees supporting finance, audit, and governance initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher
CPA strongly preferred
A strong track record of success in financial management, preferably in an educational or non-profit organization
Strong understanding of Human Resource management; SHRM or other HR certification preferred
Extensive experience handling legal matters, preferably in an educational or non-profit organization
Strong written and verbal communication skills
