Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Administrator to support the Credit Control team, working for a very well established organisation based in Redhill, Surrey. The Credit Administrator will be part of their Collections - Credit Control team, working on a temp basis initially. This is ideal for someone with proven Customer Services, Admin experience, ideally with some Finance or Credit Control, Collections support experience.
Pay rate: £13-14 per hour + holiday pay
Hours: 9-5 Monday to Friday
Location: Office based, Redhill
Credit Administrator duties:
Responsible for the reconciliation and analysis of customer statements
Updating and monitoring customer data
Working closely with the Credit team
Handling customer queries
Sending copy invoices, mail merges, processing manual direct debits and setting up direct debit mandates
Skills and experience:
Proven admin, customer service or credit collection / credit control support experience
Strong MS skills - Excel (v-look ups, pivots) and Word (mail merges)
Excellent customer service skills
