North Eastern Trade Services is searching for candidates with a strong financial background as it relates to the residential construction industry. This position will involve management of AP, AR, Quick-books management, Reporting,  forecasting for long term goals, and all other duties customarily controlled by a financial manager. Future expectation is for this role is that it will advance to the CFO position when strategic goals have been met.

• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be willing to work well with others
• Must have a fluent knowledge of the financial management process and systems involved
• Must be very well versed in Quickbooks
• Must have strong personal skills and be willing to make necessary calls when customers fall behind on payment
• Must be willing to deal with a legal team to resolve past due balances. (almost never happens)
• Must be kind and friendly with a positive attitude
