Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Analyst to join our Information Technology division supporting our enterprise asset management platform. This role focuses on the design, development, implementation, and operational support of enterprise asset and work management solutions, including IBM Maximo Application Suite.
In this role, you will partner with business and operational stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, reliable system solutions that support critical asset management functions. You will serve as a senior technical resource, leading solution design, resolving complex issues, and influencing the ongoing evolution and performance of our enterprise systems.

Total Rewards:
A typical starting range for this position is $116,000 - $160,000 annually. We offer market competitive base pay and adjust our offer accordingly based upon the value of the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Job responsibilities:
Works with business areas to identify specific requirements and determine system and/or process needs to ensure project deliverables meet customer expectations.
Leads the design, development, and implementation of enhancements to enterprise asset and work management systems, including IBM Maximo.
Supports and enhances enterprise asset management solutions to improve asset lifecycle visibility, reliability, and performance.
Establishes and maintains application development and support processes to improve application reliability for the business.
Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to enhance system functionality, performance, and maintainability.
Develops and conducts quality assurance testing to ensure quality products are delivered.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a technology related field and 7+ years of experience designing, developing and supporting business systems or applications OR 2+ years post high school education in a technology related field and 9+ years of experience designing, developing and supporting business systems or applications is required.
Experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions is required.
Knowledge of computer system hardware and software including operating systems, virtualization, databases, and interfaces is required.
Experience translating business requirements into solutions is required.
Experience with IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) including application installation, patching, configuration, and tuning is strongly preferred.
Utility industry experience is strongly preferred.
Experience with container deployment and administration is preferred.
Experience integrating software applications with Maximo is preferred.
Experience with relational database technologies including Oracle and database languages including SQL and PL/SQL is preferred.
Experience with tagged languages (XML, HTML, and CSS) and scripting languages (python and java script) is preferred.
Knowledge of enterprise asset management lifecycle processes and best practices is preferred.
Knowledge in web application infrastructure architecture including protocols, scalability, and security is preferred.
Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to independently resolve complex, cross-functional system issues.
Advanced knowledge of and skills in business system analysis, processes and system integration.
Ability to establish credibility, build relationships, and partner with all levels of the organization.
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment, multi-task, and provide strong customer service.
Ability to mentor others and influence technical and business decisions across teams.
