The Student Financial Aid Officer IV will supervise the Financial Aid Customer Service Team, consisting of Student Financial Aid Officers and student workers who serve as the first point of contact for students and families in the Office of Financial Aid. The position will focus on providing excellent customer service in conjunction with the Financial Aid Counseling Team, and will also be responsible for performing a variety of duties associated with the coordination, awarding, and disbursement of federal, state, and institutional financial aid programs.
